Lehigh Valley Community Foundation Partners with Boys & Girls Club of Allentown

Partnerships are an integral part of the Boys & Girls Club of Allentown’s ability to provide quality programs and services to the thousands of youth we serve in our community. We are so pleased to announce that BGCA has received a Community Partnership Grant from the Lehigh Valley Community Foundation. They are providing a donation of $5,000 to support our Make Your M.A.R.K.™ program. These funds will be specifically directed to our Teen Center located on N. Seventh Street. BGCA offers two sessions of Make Your M.AR.K.™, during the school year. Our teens are actively engaged in reading/language arts/English and math classes twice a week. Since the curriculum is aligned with both the Allentown School District and the Pennsylvania standards for teaching, our teens are able to be better prepared for school.
